Amongst a host of new entrants in and around the year 2000, one name that cannot be missed out is that of the hot dusky beauty, Sameera Reddy. More famous for her oomph effect in action packed thrillers, Sameera Reddy (pleasantly) surprised even her staunchest fans in Abbas Mustan's super–hit RACE. Yes, we are talking about her dumb bimbette act which was appreciated even in the presence of stars like Katrina Kaif and Bipasha Basu. It now seems that Sameera wants to go one up on her RACE act and do some meaningful cinema which will display her full acting potential. If trade sources are to be believed Sameera is all set to act in a Nagesh Kukunoor project! And believe it or not, she plays a dalit woman, protesting against caste oppression. Well, we are quite sure that Sameera, like always, will do justice to this role as well.
